        No, my understanding is that he wants to ban all mandatory vaccinations (never mind that it’s very easy to exempt your child from “mandatory vaccinations)”.

        So we would be back to around the 1850s, I would think. Smallpox inoculation became common throughout the Civil War, so I guess it was some point before that when we didn’t have any widespread vaccination.
