That’s why they were the source of The Ooze in the Teenage Ninja Turtles movie! The live action one that’s totally rad and no one can convince me otherwise! … even though I think I remember seeing #2 way more as a kid… and they are so very much products of their time …
Hey now. I would still argue the first Turtles movie holds up. The Jim Henson skills are just timeless.
Yea, they hold up A LOT better than quite a few movies from that time.
Interesting how only the truly exceptional CG holds up like in Jurassic Park and Dragon Heart, whereas even the mediocre puppetry and props have a bit of charm to them.
