It can also cause blood vessels to rupture under the skin, which is usually not a big issue and will heal. But it can cause some pain and leave a mark when healed and will only heal when it is given time to rest up, which can be hard if one is used to a lot of masturbation. Glad to see ffmpeg is still going strong, I used it years ago to do some project 1999 EverQuest streaming on twitch running on a Manjaro dist install running EQ in wine.
Wouldn’t be surprised if YouTube and Netflix don’t use FFmpeg. I am pretty sure they use custom built hardware encoders. Pretty sure Netflix has a lot of blog posts about building their own encoding methods
