    Fun fact, swearing at the robots can get you shunted to a human being. Not every robot works this way though.

      We have a list of phases in our chat bot that will cause the bot to flag the message.

      You can let a human know. Or you can set up automation to disconnect the customer.

      I won’t say what we do.
