I have lost several people because of who they were … because they were open, perceived, or were partially different sexually or in their identity.

I’ve lost them to suicide, drugs, alcohol, violence or just a long empty life of pain and suffering.

I’ll always support anyone of any gender and identity.

I’ve lost too many people to intolerance and I will never accept any kind of phobia against anyone.

I love you all and wish you all the best.

    • I’m sorry that you’ve lost people you know and have dealt with intolerant people. One of the best things is that everyone is different and as long as those differences harm no one, that’s a great thing! It’s such a shame that even today there are such intolerant people. Sending love and wishing you a lovely day!!

Happy pride month to everyone in the LGBTQ+ family. We are all valid, and deserve to live in dignity in our sexualities and identities!

I’ve always been one who does not want to draw any attention to myself, so I never wore or displayed anything that shows my pride. This year feels different. I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone to decorate my purse, as well as wear accessories that shows I am unabashedly proud of who I am, as well as my brothers, sisters, and enbys in our community. I know this isn’t much, but it’s a lot for me personally.

Happy pride, especially those who are quietly exploring. I know exactly how you feel, as that was me once!

It is hard. I hope it gets better for you. I also hope you can feel pride at surviving all of the attacks, so far.
